I was organizing my pictures the other day and came across a cake I made last summer. It was a request to imitate a peruvian cake. Apparently they make a cake that has several layers of chocolate with a caramel filling… covered in chocolate frosting and dusted with coconut pieces. I did my best and this is what I came up with… I wish I had a picture of what the inside looked like – but it was pretty delicious. (And the Peruvian family was very happy with the finished product)
